Ryan has lived, worked and trained in the Myrtle Beach area for most of his life with 17 years experience in the fitness field.  With 9 years experience as an ISSA certified personal trainer, he has helped each one of his clients reach their specific goals.  He knows a thing or two about competitions as well.  With four years training as a power lifter and competing in two APA and AAU All South events taking 4th and 2nd place in the 181 lb class, he posted his highest total of 1,150 lbs.  Ryan has experience training in several local facilities in the area, so when he took over The Gym 24, he knew he could create a clean, friendly atmosphere where training took precedence, goals could be achieved and everyone would feel comfortable.
