Starting with 5:30 am classes Monday, Wednesday and Friday for those of you that like to get your workout done as soon as your day starts.

These sessions are broke down into upper body burn, hard core, and lower body blast to cover all body parts in a week. This style of training includes weights and resistance training combined with an accelerated heart rate for an over all improvement in athletics and strength. When you train like this you will lose body fat, gain muscle and improve aesthetics.
