Too many golfers rush to the course and and many of the few who do stretch first, fail to warm up before they stretch. Ever wonder why your game starts to come around  towards the 6th to 8th holes? If you’re a middle-aged, or older golfer, you may have actually pulled a muscle during your stretch. Ryan explains why it is important to first warm up they muscles you intent to stretch. Make the time to warm up and stretch before you golf if you’re serious about improving and extending the life of your game. There’s no reason we can’t golf at any age, but improper preparation can make the game painful, and can actually end the game early in your life.
