TGD Radio host, Shan Coughlin and The Gym’s personal trainer, Ryan Copeland are launching a golf fitness program for  Amateur Golf Talk LIVE on’s 24/7 golf talk radio channel. Ryan will help amateur golfers find ways to improve their scores and add length to their drives through quick and easy fitness routines. Strength, balance, and flexibility will be key topics for the new series. Ryan will show golfers how to utilize 3 to 5 minute exercises to give them the edge they’ve been looking for.

If you could pick up a couple of strokes with 5 minutes of preparation, wouldn’t you do it? Many golfers can relate to the “back 9 fade” that often occurs when we’re not in the best shape. This can be especially challenging while playing in the summer heat and humidity. Simple strengthening exercises and a little preparation can keep you golfing your balls all the way to the end of the round.
